Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you (the client) and Winners Welcome ("we," "us") when you subscribe to or use our services. They're written to be read, not skimmed past — if anything is unclear, email hello@winnerswelcome.org before you subscribe.
1. What we provide
A website subscription includes: the design and build of a hand-coded website of up to six pages, hosting, SSL, ongoing care (updates, fixes, small content changes), and monthly growth work as described in your growth plan. Custom AI work — receptionists, agents, applications, training — is scoped separately in your consultation and added to your engagement in writing.
2. Timeline
A typical website goes live in about two weeks across four milestones. That's typical, not guaranteed — complex projects, slow content approvals, or third-party delays can extend it. We'll always tell you where things stand.
3. Billing
- Website subscriptions start at $250/month, billed monthly in advance through Stripe, starting the day you subscribe.
- Your exact monthly amount is the one shown at checkout, which reflects what we agreed in your consultation.
- There is no upfront build fee unless we agree one in writing for out-of-scope work.
4. Cancellation — no lock-in
Cancel any month. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you've already paid for; there are no cancellation fees. Payments already made are not refunded, since they cover work and hosting already delivered.
5. What happens if you leave
You're never held hostage. On cancellation we hand over your website files, your content, and documentation, so you or anyone you hire can run the site elsewhere. Hosting on our infrastructure ends with the subscription.
6. Ownership
- Everything you give us (your logo, brand, text, images, business information) remains yours.
- Once your account is in good standing, the finished website delivered to you is yours to keep and use.
- We may show the work we did for you in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
7. What we need from you
Timely feedback, accurate business information, and the content or approvals we ask for. Delays on these pause the timeline, not the billing.
8. AI services — honest limits
Our AI receptionists and agents are configured, tested, and trained for your business, and we include training for your team. Like any AI system, they can occasionally answer imperfectly. They are an assistant to your business, not a substitute for professional (legal, medical, financial) advice, and you remain responsible for how AI output is used in your business.
9. Reasonable limits of liability
We build carefully, but no website or AI system is guaranteed to be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, and we're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.
10. Changes
If we update these terms, we'll post the new version here with a new date. Material changes will be emailed to active subscribers before they take effect.
