Privacy Policy

Short version: we collect only what we need to run your engagement, we don't sell it, and you can ask us what we hold about you — or ask us to delete it — any time.
1. What we collect, and why
- When you book a consultation (via Calendly): your name, email, and anything you write in the booking form — so we can hold the call and prepare for it.
- When you subscribe (via Stripe): your name, email, phone number, and optionally your company name and website — so we can deliver the service, invoice you, and reach you about your project. Your card details go to Stripe directly; we never see or store them.
- When you email us: whatever you send us, so we can reply.
This website itself has no analytics trackers, no advertising pixels, and sets no cookies.
2. Who processes it for us
- Stripe — payments and subscription billing (their privacy policy)
- Calendly — consultation scheduling
- Vercel — website hosting (standard server logs)
- Google Fonts — typefaces loaded from Google's servers
Each processes only what it needs for its job. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone, ever.
3. How long we keep it
For as long as you're a client, plus what tax and accounting rules require for billing records. Consultation details for engagements that don't go ahead are deleted within a year.
4. Your choices
Email hello@winnerswelcome.org to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted (billing records we're legally required to keep are the only exception). We answer within one business day.
5. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new date.
